The insured must immediately notify the Company in the event of accident, injury, illness, disease, or death of an injured horse.

Important Reminders:
Non-Routine Veterinary Care: Contact the claims department for guidance.
Surgery or Euthanasia: Prior approval from the claims department is required.
Death Claims: A necropsy, conducted at your expense, is mandatory.
Submission Timeline: Submit all veterinary forms and invoices promptly and no later than 60 days from the date of the claim.
